How Blake Lively Stays in Shape

Blake recently said that she doesn't "work out" and likes to indulge in chocolate. What!? But she has the perfect body!  Well the truth is... Of course Blake exercises, but not in the traditional sense. She has said that she doesn't like going to the gym, but loves to be active in nature. Blake runs, hikes, rides bikes, etc. 

Before a big role, like Blake had in The Green Lantern, she trained with a celebrity trainer, Bobby Strom (bobbystromfitness.com).  She trained 60-90 minutes 3-4 days a week and lost ~3-4% body fat.
