Blake Lively, Bringing Up Baby
Just after Blake's baby announcement crashed Preserve.us, the beaming mommy-to-be shares more baby bump photos! Can't wait to see Blake's maternity style. So far she looks pretty cute!

Blake's Lucious Locks... Easier than you think!
Blake's hair is definitely one of her most enviable assets. Which is why it's so shocking that her hair care routine is so simple. Of course she has her hair professionally colored, and sometimes professionally cut (she likes to do it herself too!). But day-to-day, Blake likes to wrap her wet hair in a ballerina bun to get her oh so well-known soft waves.
She tells us, she waits until her hair is 3/4 of the way dry and then wraps her hair in a tight, low ballerina bun. Occasionally she adds a bit of mousse or ocean water (yes, she has a jug of actual ocean water) to get a bit more texture. Once her hair is dry she pulls out the bun, and voila!
I wouldn't recommend going Blake's route and using actual ocean water in your hair. (Think of the chemicals, oil and fish poop!) But adding a bit of salt water can help give you a natural looking wave with minimal effort. My all time favorite is the Bumble & Bumble Surf Spray, but there are lots of other options to check out also.

Do you have plans for the 4th of July yet? The fourth of July is one of my favorite holidays and I always like to pick out something festive to wear. Here are some fun pics of Blake Lively's 4th of July fashion choices from back in 2012. As you can see photogs caught Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds spending time with family in upstate New York in early July. Blake wears a cute blue and white polka swimsuit and a red belted bikini. What will you be wearing to celebrate the 4th?

Cute in a Cloche
We haven't had many street chic shots of Blake Lively lately, but I'm in love with this look from 2012. It's the perfect casual cute get-up for a summer evening. Light blue jeans, striped shirt, brown scarf, turquoise bracelets, suede saddle shoe sling-backs and a cloche to top it all off. It's a wonder this girl doesn't have a stylist!!

A Lively Walk in the Rain
Since the weather has been so great these past couple of days, I have been inspired by some of Blake Lively's summer looks from the set of Gossip Girl. I love this mini skirt, simple blouse and denim vest... Not to mention Blake and Leighton's clear umbrellas! This will be the only year I hope for a little June gloom just so I can pull out my new clear umbrella!!
Since these pics are from 2010, most if not all of the items Blake is wearing are no longer available. But just so you know, she's wearing an M Missoni skirt, Current/Elliot denim vest, Mulberry Neely tote, Fendi studded cuff and Jean-Michel Cazabat suede platform sandals.

This look is from the set of Gossip Girl in Paris back in 2010. I love Blake's cute and casual "American girl in Paris" look. Blake's more traditional navy Sperry's are cute, but check out the cute pairs I found below.

Overalls, Time for a Comeback!
Last week, our leading lady stepped out in NYC wearing black overalls. And she isn't the only celebrity to have picked up this super cute trend, a couple of my other lady loves have too! Olivia Palermo and Kate Bosworth were spotted wearing black overalls recently. And Alessandra Ambrosio is making light wash denim overalls look better than the red carpet.
These overalls are cute and casual. And rolling up the cuffs makes them perfect for summer. My favorite part of the overall trend though? The back. The open back adds a flirty feature and make the overalls perfect to wear with a crop top (another item of clothing I never thought would make a comeback)! I couldn't find a shot of the back of Blake Lively's black overalls, but you can see Alessandra and Kate's unique back styles below.

Blake Lively in Floral Maxi and Turquoise Bollywood Heels
Another chic summer look from Blake Lively on the set of Gossip Girl. She's wearing a flowing Haute Hippie maxi skirt in floral print, a beaded Alice + Olivia sleeveless top and Christian Louboutin Bollywood Suede Pumps. Not one piece of this outfit from back in 2012 has gone out of style. I am dying over her floral skirt and can't wait to get my own!
